4. User Responsibilities

As a user or client, you agree to:
• Provide true, current, and complete information.
• Own or have necessary rights to distribute, license, or monetize content submitted to us.
• Not upload or provide infringing, unlawful, or harmful content.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

You are solely responsible for the legality and originality of any content you submit for distribution or monetization.

5. Content Ownership & Licensing

You retain ownership of your intellectual property. By submitting content to 369 Music, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-bearing (or royalty-free where applicable), sublicensable license to use, distribute, promote, monetize, and otherwise exploit your content in connection with the services we provide.

6. Payments & Revenue Sharing

Revenue generated through our monetization services (YouTube, Content ID, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) will be shared according to individual contracts or agreements signed between you and 369 Music.
If no separate agreement exists, the default revenue split shall be communicated during onboarding. Payouts are typically made on a monthly or quarterly basis, subject to platform reporting cycles and minimum payout thresholds.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, or illegal activities.
You may also terminate your agreement by providing written notice, subject to any notice period or termination terms outlined in your contract.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on our website—such as logos, texts, graphics, and service descriptions—are the property of OM 369 Music India Pvt. Ltd. and protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OM 369 Music India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website.
